Marilyn told Board that M.M.A's study <br /> results would help in evaluating current part-time positions. <br /> Questionnaire <br /> The Position Analysis Questionnaires will be sent to town employees this week and <br /> interviews will begin next week, (February 6, 1995 . Boards and conumsslons.will <br /> also get questionnairs. <br /> P.A Y <br /> Marilyn suggested that Friday's Personnel Board meetings be devoted exclusively to <br /> discussions related to the P.A.P. <br /> Interviews <br /> Board discussed scheduling interviews for various vacant positions. The Board will <br /> assist with the interviews for the grant-funded position at the Council On Aging. <br /> Marcia's Absence <br /> Marcia advised Board that she will not be able to attend Friday's meeting. The Board <br /> will provide her with copies of changes made to the P.A.P. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon.
