y <br /> PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> i - <br /> MASHTOWN HALL <br /> MEETING OF AUGUST 10, 1995 <br /> The following members of the Personnel Board were present, Chairman <br /> Joseph Del lagal a, Carole Dunivan, and Norma Ku min <br /> Chairman Dellagala convened the meeting at 9:12 .m, <br /> Interviews fpr P.T. Adm. Asst. to ToWn Clerk <br /> Interview of Pat Holmes, Jane Lebute was present for the intervi w. <br /> Joe D. described theposition's pay and hours. Jane L. elaborated <br /> and interviewed. Pat informed the Board she was currently looking <br /> for part-time work and was a former Digital Corp. employee. She also <br /> mentioned she would prefer part-time work over full-time if the <br /> position provided that flexibility, Pat H. was dismissed to Marilyn <br /> F. for a brief test. The Board deferred any recommendations to Jane <br /> L. until the next 'interview had been completed. F <br /> Interview of Marlene Black. Joe D. described the positiontspayand <br /> Jane ane L. elaborated on specific functions of the position. <br /> Marlene informed the Board of her employment history and that if the <br /> position ever became available -for full-time employment she would <br /> welcome the opportunity. The Board andJane L, felt that Marlene B.. <br /> was very motivated and that she w uld be a welcome asset to the Town <br /> Clerk's office, Marlene B. was dismissed to Marilyn F. for a brief <br /> test. Marlene Black was recommenced to the Selectmen's office for <br /> the Position of Part-Time Administr ti a Assistant to the Town Clerk <br /> by Joe D. with the stipulation that she becomes a Registered voter. <br /> Carole D. seconded the motion. All were in agreement. <br /> Diane Ro melmeyer, Town Accountant joined the Board as ane L. <br /> departed the meeting. <br /> InteKyiews f r ss' s ant Towm ccounta t <br /> The Board interviewed Susan Chevrefiis. Joe D. informed Susan C. 'of <br /> theposition's pay and hours. Diane R. elaborated on specific <br /> functions of the position and proceeded to interview Susan. Susan C. <br /> informed the Board that she had previous payroll experience, i.e. <br /> 1099 farms and supervised 2 employees at her previous employment, <br /> The Board deferred any recommendations until further interviews were <br /> conducted. <br /> Interview of Charlene Maxim, Joe D, informed Charlene' of the <br /> position's pay and hours. Diane R. elaborated on the job description <br /> and proceeded to interview Charlene M. Charlene M. informed the <br /> Board that she had 12 years of banking experience, some 1 ' , <br /> strong supervisory skills, but had no payroll experience. The Board <br /> deferred any recommendations until further interviews were conducted. <br />
