Diane R. elaborated and interviewed <br /> Doreen. Doreen informed the Board that she was currently employed by <br /> the Town of Sandwich, Town Accountants office and that advancement <br /> was limited in her department* Doreen currently runs payroll for <br /> approx. 500 town employees, has limited computer experience but no <br /> experience with grants. The Board felt that Doreen was a good <br /> candidate for the position but deferred any recommendations until <br /> further interviews were conducted. <br /> x <br /> I <br /> The Board adjourned for a Lunch break at 12:30 p.m. <br /> The Board re-convened at 2:00 .m. <br /> Interview of Jere Anderson. Joe D, informed Jere of the position's <br /> pay and hours. Diane R. 'interviewed Jere A, and elaborated on the <br /> position description. Jere informed the Board he was currently <br /> self-employed and" .had previously been employed by the town of <br /> Eastham, He had previous payroll, 1099, and EOCD grant experience <br /> with no supervisor- experience. Jere was not recommended for this <br /> position by the Board. <br /> lk <br /> Interview of Celine Pisch. Joe D. informed Celine of theposition's <br /> Pay and hours. Diane R. proceeded with the interview. Celine i <br /> currently employed, has payroll, 1099, grant writing, and supervisory <br /> experience.
