<br />The Agent noted this is an after the fact NOI. He reviewed the history of the project and <br />the cease and desist orders. He also noted the plan created by Cape and Islands <br />Engineering does not have an engineer stamp (it has a professional surveyor stamp) and <br />all dock plans are required to have an engineer’s stamp. The Agent stated no work will <br />commence until we receive a recorded copy of both the OOC and a valid Chapter 91 <br />license. The applicant is also responsible for providing oversight monitoring of the <br />commission’s final approval to make sure piles are installed to ensure the correct <br />methodology is used. He noted the fines were paid in full. <br /> <br />The Agent reviewed the shellfish warden’s comments that the area is approved to shellfish <br />in this area. At this time, the bottom under the proposed dock is muck and does not <br />support a standing stock of shellfish. The piles should be approved by a licensed dock <br />builder and or harbormaster for safety. <br /> <br />No comment from the public <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to Close and Issue with the conditions discussed, <br />including having a consultant on site for monitoring and to provide engineering <br />stamp on the plan, seconded by Mr. Dalton. Vote 4-0 <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Dalton. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned 7:25 <br />
