NOI <br /> <br />Resource Area: Coastal Bank (Armored), Coastal Beach, LSCSF, Buffer to Land <br />Under Ocean, ACEC <br /> <br />Matt Creighton, BSC, represented the applicants. He described the proposed project <br />involves the construction of a wooden coastal bank walkover structure. The installation will <br />be constructed on the northern edge of the lot and will begin at the top of a stone <br />embankment with a 4 x 4-foot landing which will be anchored using four wooden posts. <br />The structure will descend the stone embankment and terminate at the ground level of the <br />coastal beach. The structure will be installed by hand to reduce the impact to the <br />surrounding resource areas. Mr. Creighton showed a picture of a similar structure that <br />was installed at the neighbor’s property. The Agent noted ACEC was not on the plan and <br />this should be added where Mean High Water is shown. The Agent reviewed photos of <br />the property. He stated the project meets the performance standards. <br /> <br />No comment from the public <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Smith moved to Close and Issue with the condition a revised plan be <br />submitted showing the delineation of the ACEC, seconded by Mr. Sweet. Vote 5-0 <br /> <br />6:18 Danielle Rizika/New Seabury Properties, 98-3 LLC, 9 Keel Way/0-Marsh <br />Waterline Drive South. Proposed removal/reconstruction of pier, ramp and floats. <br />NOI <br /> <br /> <br />
