A Mas h pee Planning Board Minutes of Meeting April -p 2013 at 7: 0 p.m. aquoit Meeting Roorn, Mashpee Town Hall Approved 4/17/13 Planning Board Members Present: C Mary Waygai74 David Kooharian, Dennis Bal au-ini, Joe Cummings, Jae Mullin Also Present: Tom Fudal -Town Planner, Charles Rowley-Consultant Engineer Absent: George Petersen CALL TO ORDER The Town of Mashpee Planning Board meeting was opened with a quorum in the waquoit Meeting Room at Mashpee Town Hall by C Wayg n at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1 2013 and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 4 APPROVAL of MINU'1' S—Mamh 20,12013 It was requested that a comma a the names of Dennis Bail rini and Joe Cummings and that"Board of Selectmer ' replace"Finance Committee" at the bottom of page 3. MOTION: Mr.Ba rini made a motion to accept the minutes of March 20 with the amendments ars noted. Mr. Koohari n seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. SUBDI 10N PLATS Applicant: Bayswater Seaside K LLC Bayswater Development,LLC Location: 108- 116 Shore Drive west,Assessors' Map 132,Blocks 7, 8, 10, 11 Request: Submission of Definitive.Plan for 16 lot subdr*m* ion Joe Colasuonno, Project Manager at New Se bury, was to repnmmt the applicant seeking approval for a Definitive Subdivision Plan. fir. Fudala stated that a public hearing had been requested for May 1. MOTION: Mr. Bal rini made a motion to schedule a public hearing for New Seabury for May 1 at 7:10 p.m. Mr. Mullin wooded the motion. All noted unanimously. PBIIC HEARINGS 7:10 Applicant: Southworth NI[ashpee Properties , LLC Location: Simons Road Pin' Me oot Willowbend Drive 'Request: Approval of definitive subdivision pian modification. The appointed e having arrived, Chairman wagan read for the record the request. Jack McElhinny of Southworth stated#fit they were seeking a continuance to April 17 in order to continue revising their plans. Mr. McElhinny confirmed that the plans received by the Board would be modified and that Sorxrhworth was seeking a modification of a previously approved neighborhood in Willowbend. Mr. McElhinny stated that it would continue to be a 40 condominium unit located along Simons Road and Fin' die Out Road. As part of the process, Southworth planned to seek a relocation of Simons Road at Town fleeting in order to move the housing closer to the golf course and sway from the abutting Cranberry Ridge-neighborhood.
