• Work with the COMMISSION to coordinate and develop agendas for the meetings. • Develop a project mailing list of interested Town groups, individuals, and media outlets that will be notified before each meeting. If desired by the COMMISSION, ENGINEER will send out the notices. The notices will also be used to solicit public input. • Prepare four brochures during the project, and print 2000 copies of each for delivery to the COMMISSION. Brochures will be on one double-sided 11"x 17"page. • Appear on one cable TV appearance and produce one video with the production system of the Cape Cod Technical High School to be made available to public access TV, schools, the library, and community groups. • Prepare two movable displays. • Develop a Town Meeting campaign to identify key Town Meeting voters and to get needed project information to these key voters. Phase X Project Administration. A. Provide written monthly progress reports which will include: • Those items required by Section 7.2 of the Agreement; • Work scheduled for next billing period; • Items or tasks requiring input from the COMMISSION to complete tasks scheduled for next billing period; • Problems or issues that would impact project schedule or project budge; • Suggestions for possible changes in the progression of work to account for changed conditions; • Recommendations for redirecting the COMMISSION'S resources, if required. B. ENGINEER shall develop a milestone chart containing schedules for tasks and the funding allotment, which will provide a tracking system for overseeing the timely completion of the tasks within the budgetary funding. 3. COMMISSION Responsibilities In addition to the general duties and responsibilities in Section 5, the COMMISSION shall provide the following: • Watershed boundaries map as delineated by the Cape Cod Commission and USGS • MEP Reports and Data for Popponesset Bay and Waquoit Bay.. • Well recharge area boundaries mapped by Earth Tech • Current land use map as prepared by the Planning Department • Zoning map indicating potential future land uses • Map indicating location of current private sewer and wastewater treatment systems, and location of proposed private sewer systems based on prior proposed development submissions to the Town • Cape Cod Commission Technical Bulletin 9 1-001 • Dr. Howes 12/97 report • Dr.Howes summer 1999 report • Comprehensive plan Water Resources/Water&Wastewater Facilities section • Comprehensive Plan Land Use&Growth Management section • K-V Associates report • GIS Base Maps • Coordination with MEP • Information on pending and proposed wastewater collection, treatment & disposal facility proposed by Town Boards and private developers. 4. The ENGINEER represents to the COMMISSION that the level of detail of work to be done under various phases of the Project will be as detailed in this scope and at least that represented in the following example documents submitted by the ENGINEER to the COMMISSION: Phase lI Needs Assessment Report— "FINAL Needs Assessment Report for Wastewater Managenient Facilities Planning Study"for the Town of Provincetown,MA dated February, 1997; 10
