• Work with the COMMISSION to coordinate and develop agendas for the meetings. <br /> • Develop a project mailing list of interested Town groups, individuals, and media outlets that will be <br /> notified before each meeting. If desired by the COMMISSION, ENGINEER will send out the notices. <br /> The notices will also be used to solicit public input. <br /> • Prepare four brochures during the project, and print 2000 copies of each for delivery to the <br /> COMMISSION. Brochures will be on one double-sided 11"x 17"page. <br /> • Appear on one cable TV appearance and produce one video with the production system of the Cape Cod <br /> Technical High School to be made available to public access TV, schools, the library, and community <br /> groups. <br /> • Prepare two movable displays. <br /> • Develop a Town Meeting campaign to identify key Town Meeting voters and to get needed project <br /> information to these key voters. <br /> Phase X Project Administration. <br /> A. Provide written monthly progress reports which will include: <br /> • Those items required by Section 7.2 of the Agreement; <br /> • Work scheduled for next billing period; <br /> • Items or tasks requiring input from the COMMISSION to complete tasks scheduled for next billing <br /> period; <br /> • Problems or issues that would impact project schedule or project budge; <br /> • Suggestions for possible changes in the progression of work to account for changed conditions; <br /> • Recommendations for redirecting the COMMISSION'S resources, if required. <br /> B. ENGINEER shall develop a milestone chart containing schedules for tasks and the funding allotment, <br /> which will provide a tracking system for overseeing the timely completion of the tasks within the budgetary <br /> funding. <br /> 3. COMMISSION Responsibilities <br /> In addition to the general duties and responsibilities in Section 5, the COMMISSION shall provide the following: <br /> • Watershed boundaries map as delineated by the Cape Cod Commission and USGS <br /> • MEP Reports and Data for Popponesset Bay and Waquoit Bay.. <br /> • Well recharge area boundaries mapped by Earth Tech <br /> • Current land use map as prepared by the Planning Department <br /> • Zoning map indicating potential future land uses <br /> • Map indicating location of current private sewer and wastewater treatment systems, and location of <br /> proposed private sewer systems based on prior proposed development submissions to the Town <br /> • Cape Cod Commission Technical Bulletin 9 1-001 <br /> • Dr. Howes 12/97 report <br /> • Dr.Howes summer 1999 report <br /> • Comprehensive plan Water Resources/Water&Wastewater Facilities section <br /> • Comprehensive Plan Land Use&Growth Management section <br /> • K-V Associates report <br /> • GIS Base Maps <br /> • Coordination with MEP <br /> • Information on pending and proposed wastewater collection, treatment & disposal facility proposed <br /> by Town Boards and private developers. <br /> 4.
