Provide written monthly progress reports which will include: <br /> • Those items required by Section 7.2 of the Agreement; <br /> • Work scheduled for next billing period; <br /> • Items or tasks requiring input from the COMMISSION to complete tasks scheduled for <br /> next billing period; <br /> • Problems or issues that would impact project schedule or project budget; <br /> • Suggestions for possible changes in the progression of work to account for changed <br /> conditions; <br /> • Recommendations for redirecting the COMMISSION'S resources, if required. <br /> B. ENGINEER shall develop a milestone chart containing schedules for tasks and the <br /> funding allotment, which will provide a tracking system for overseeing the timely completion of the <br /> tasks within the budgetary funding. <br /> 4. The ENGINEER represents to the COMMISSION that the level of detail of work to be done under <br /> various phases of the Project will be as detailed in this scope and at least that represented in the <br /> following example documents submitted by the ENGINEER to the COMMISSION <br /> Phase II Needs Assessment Report — "FINAL Needs Assessment Report for Wastewater <br /> Management Facilities Planning Study"for the Town of Provincetown, MA dated February, 1997; <br />
