After <br /> sufficient time for review, the contents of the above report shall be presented at a public meeting <br /> of the COMMISSION, at which public input will be solicited and a dialog developed to identify <br /> public concerns and ideas and to build support for eventual implementation of the Plan. <br /> Recommendations accepted as part of this process will be incorporated into the final report for <br /> submittal to the reviewing agencies. <br /> C.5 Attend a regulatory review meeting with DEP, CCC, CMAST, CZM, and DMF to review <br /> findings of the report. <br /> C.6 Attend a MEPA and/or CCC public hearing for this phase. <br /> C.7 Print a limited number of hard copies (at least 10) and provide electronic copies (pdf's on <br /> CD/DVD) with hard copy Executive Summary for distribution to up to 45 of these copies. <br /> D. The format and contents of the Executive Summary <br /> report and display materials shall require approval by the COMMISSION prior to final publication, <br /> which will be made available on the web page and with a limited number (at least 10) of hard <br /> copies for distribution to key locations like the Library and Town Hall. <br /> D.7 After distribution of the summary report and approximately one month of exposure of the <br /> informational displays and other public notice, the final report on the Recommended Plan shall be <br /> presented by the ENGINEER at a major public meeting sponsored by the COMMISSION and <br /> other boards and agencies. <br /> D.8 Print a limited number of hard copies (at least 10) and provide electronic copies (pdf's on <br /> CD/DVD) with hard copy Executive Summary for distribution to up to 45 of these copies. <br /> Phase IX Public Participation Outreach. <br /> A.
