Facility shared with Assisted Living on adjacent land appears less likely. <br /> - ummerwood — no news. <br /> Stratford Ponds— Completed treatment plant improvements. <br /> - Wampanoag Village 40B project by 1 ampanoag Tribe—40gpd (RBCS treatment plant constructed in advance of <br /> 40B approval due to federal funding conditions. Will be required to tie in neighboring properties to meet DEP"zero <br /> net nitrogen" rule, possibly including Tern Hall area. DEP will only enforce"no net"after 9900 gpd exceeded. Plant is <br /> complete but no development has been connected to it, so is not in operation. <br /> - Cotuit Meadows 40B in Barnstable) —Zenon MBR WVVTP in operation. Nursing home in Mashpee tied in to meet <br /> DEP..zero net nitrogen" policy.
