Glenn <br /> Santos <br /> Also Present: Paul Gobell-Sever Commission Administrator, ,teff Gregg-GRID, Rich '`orl - <br /> Mashpee Shellfish Constable <br /> CALL To ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Fudala. <br /> APPROVAL o TES May 22,2012 and November 1 ,2012 <br /> Mr. Go ell provided amendments to the May minutes. <br /> Ir. Lyons Made a motion to accept the meeting minutes of May 22"d. Mr. Klenert <br /> seconded the motion. 3 voted yes,3 abstained <br /> Mr. y ons made a notion to accept the meeting minutes of November . Mr. Santos <br /> seconded the motion+ 5 voted yes, 1 abstained <br /> AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Status of GHD Tasks <br /> The Chair stated that Mr. Gregg was present to discuss the next steps in moving forward to <br /> develop the draft final plan. Mr. Gregg summafi ed previous steps in the process, including <br /> needs assessment reports, technology screening, scenarios analysis and site evaluation reports, <br /> with discussions regarding the refinement and development of scenan'os scenariosand their model runs. <br /> The Chair noted that the various reports were located at www.mashpeewaters.com. Mr. Gregg <br /> stated that SMaST would be reviewing further the most recent model runs before issuing their <br /> final technical memorandum. <br /> Mr. Gregg summarized the most recent scenarios, IA, IB and IC. Scenario IA offered various <br /> recharge and treatment locations, utilizing Rock ceding or Site 7, outside of the watershed, <br /> while the surrounding towns addressed portions of their load outside of the watershed. Option <br /> I B kept the majority of the flows of Sandwich,Bamstabte and part of Falmouth in the planning <br /> area without recharging at Rock Landing or Site 7. Option I C featured the surrounding towns <br /> recharging outside of the watershed, without Rock Landing or Site+7, and using the Keeter <br /> property and other available sites within the lanrng area. <br /> i <br /> While developing the most runt scenarios, next steps in the process were considered regarding <br /> the discharge strategies and MEP model runs and incorporated into the 2011 altemative screening <br /> analyses report. Mr. Gregg stated that the Con fission was now awaiting the final approval <br /> from MEP regarding the most recent model runs in order to refine a scenario to be developed <br /> into the final recommended plan. Comments were needed from the Sewer Commission <br /> regarding which of the 3 scenarios would become the basis of the recommended plan alternative. <br /> Mr. Gregg pointed out that them were portions of wa uoit flay east that were not meeting the <br />
