CLIENTSIPEOPLEIPERFORMANCE MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT
TOWN OF MASHPEE
INVOICE
(WORK FROM 11-19-10 TO 12-20-10)
In accordance with Article 7.2 of our Agreement with the Town of Mashpee dated February 2, 2000, GHD Inc.
submits the following monthly report for invoice services rendered.
Work completed since the last invoice period as summarized on the Budget Summary
Task Description of Work Performed
Effort during the past month has included attendance at Sewer Commission Meetings, four
meetings regarding public participation and a site visit to the transfer station (Site 4). The
focus has continued to be reviewing the findings of the scenario runs and the development of
final two (2) scenarios.
RVA, our public relations sub, has also begun work during this time in developing the web
page and meeting with the public relations group to develop a plan for addressing some of
the public relation needs of the project.
Based on the scope items, effort is being billed in the following locations:
• Task 4E — related to receipt of direction and comments regarding the next phase of
scenario development
• Tasks 5C—Scenario detailed evaluation
• Task 6A development of the recommended plan
• Task 6G- Meeting attendance
• Task 7L Subsurface investigations as we contract and begin site work at Site 4
• Task 8B Alternatives Screening Analysis Report — this will be where we will be
combining the findings from our Draft report and the next scenario evaluations.
Adequacy of fees remaining:
Budget remains tight and we will continue to monitor the budget and work to be as efficient as possible; however,
impacts resulting from a prolonged project timeline due to numerous factors have forced us to use up budget
necessary to complete scoped tasks. Issues regarding funding for meetings have been identified previously. As
stated previously there are no specific scope items regarding management of data requests (USGS, LAI, MEP),
and therefore, that effort had to be billed under existing tasks where deemed most appropriate, however this has an
impact on our project budget.
We would appreciate the opportunity to recover the costs for additional meetings, data requests, and prolonged
project time frame as stated above.
