The Chair reported that the invoice notes <br /> GILD is running tight on funds and scavenging funds in order to attend meetings. Mr. Lyons <br /> questioned where the Committee's public records reside and the Chair confirmed that the Town <br /> Clerk maintains a copy of the approved minutes. Mr_ Lyons questioned whether other <br /> committees past their minutes online and the Chair responded that the Planning Board and the <br /> Board of Selectmen post minutes to their web page, but that many committees do not. Mr. <br /> Menert noted that IT has been responsible for posting information to the web pages. Mr. Klenert <br /> recommended posting a meeting announcement and/or agenda on the local cable channel. Mr. <br /> Lyons recommended posting the minutes to the town website rather than <br /> vnvw.mashpeewaters.com and fir. Klenert expressed his preference that a notice be posted <br /> informing the public that minutes can be obtained from the Town Clerk. There was additional <br /> discussion regarding whether minutes must be posted and the maintenance of the audio tapes in <br /> the Town Clerk's office. The Chair will follow up with the IT department regarding the <br /> possibility of posting the minutes to the Sewer Commission web page and Mr. Klenert suggested <br /> that the Town Manager be contacted for approval to have the minutes uploaded.
