In support <br /> of this Status Report and Joint Motion,the parties submit the following: <br /> STATUS OF THE CASE <br /> 1. This action was filed on August 24, 2010. On December 12,2010,Plaintiffs filed <br /> a motion to extend the time for'service of the Complaint('Plaintiffs' Motion,"Docket No. 5), <br /> which EPA did not oppose. 'Id.'at¶8. As reported in Plaintiffs' Motion,the parties had met <br /> several times to discuss a potential negotiated resolution of this matter and the parties agreed that <br /> continued discussions would"best serve their interest in facilitating [such] a resolution."
