Mr. <br /> Tiltonseconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Approve November 2012 Residential Tonnage of 1,684.33Tons for Reporting to SEMASS <br /> Total Residential and Commercial is 2,586.21 tons <br /> Mr. Tiltonmade a motion to approve thetonnage for November 2012. Ms. Laurent <br /> seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion : December SEMASS Waste Acceptance Issue <br /> Chairman Elliott reported that a 7:30 am phone call was received from SEMASS stating that <br /> trash from Cavossa could not be processed at SEMASS. By 2pm, the issue was settled, It was <br /> clarified that it was a commercial load that was in question and that residential could not be <br /> refused. Mr. Jack stated that, in the future, if there was material on the tipping floor, it would <br /> need to be sent to SEMASS and Ms. Laurent added that the UCRTS would not wish to be <br /> responsible for re-loading a truck. <br /> Discussion: Tonnage, Jul-Nov 2012 <br /> There was reference to tonnages being transported to other locations. <br /> Discussion: CCSWAC from Paul Tilton <br /> Mr. Tilton reported that Patty Daley and John Georgio had met again with Waste Management in <br /> order to acquire additional information but that WM stated that they had provided sufficient <br /> information. CCSWAC then met with SEMASS, who requested an exclusive negotiation <br /> 1 <br />
