Charlie Il aintanis said that just to clarify...last year Dino came in for a permit and Charlie had <br /> determined that according to the Planning Board decision it says the building can be approved by the <br /> Building Inspector but Charlie said he felt because it was a major modification it had to go back to the <br /> Planning Board. Torn Fdaia noted that since it is just changing pian, it doesn't need a public hearing <br /> and is going to the Planning Board. <br /> Dino said he had a discussion with Town Manager andJoyce brought to his attention licensing <br /> requirement's about serving liquor outside and capacity being controlled by the Town; and also <br /> requirements regarding septic, parking, Fire . epartment, and everything else. <br /> J'oyce Mason asked: Are you intending to change capacity. lino said he requested flexibility to have <br /> self-governing control of capa . Joyce.Mason said she doesn't see the Board allowing a floating capacity. Further, she said <br /> she thinks the Fire Department mould grant to set number of capacity.
