Walter noted that the Plan doesn#t match the Engineer's Pian—for instance, <br /> still has 2 dur psters; has more parking than shown on Engineer's Plan, Inter said grading plan <br /> r applicant either doesn't cut into buffer or must come u <br /> cuts into buffer on north and east saes so pp th <br /> with a re-vegetation plan. Walter said there has to be a 10 foot buffer limit. Walter suggested they <br /> may want to talk with Mary LeBlanc. Also, he noted they have to list quantities of plantings on their <br /> plan, Devised Plan needed. Walter said for the entrance sign corning in off Industrial hive they <br /> might grant to put on revised plan now. He also suggested they talk with Mary about loom, etc. they <br /> will be putting over the septic system. Walter gave Dan Breedon the landscape Plan with Mary's <br /> comments and asked that they bring this marked Plan back since only copy we have. <br /> Parking is wrong, but will be corrected.on revised plan. Glen Harrington said the drainage.is wrong— <br /> they are showing 2 pits in the retention areas, but now only one: they're showing 4-5 catch basins at <br /> main entrance, but now only 2. Glen said it looks life draining could be infringing on the septic. <br /> Walter viewed the Building Plan that Applicant previously submitted. second shut of building Pian <br /> has to be submitted. Applicant is maintaining septic that cape & Islands did. Yes} they are going <br /> back since permit expired. <br /> Lighting Plan„. alter said there can be no illumination outside property lime. Lighting Plan can go on <br /> any Plan and should shove the spread. Walter said for inst rnce if 150 watt bulb in. Plan: look at <br /> -manufacturer's spread and show that also. Give details on windows and doors and materials used. <br /> This can be marked on existing plan. Also, where are condensers located' <br /> Charlie pointed out that with Building code changes there are requirements to meet regarding heat, <br /> lighting, parking, etc,. depending on tenant. Walter added...be careful on fire walls. Requirements <br /> determined by use and some ratings do net allow doors within 4 feet of the gall. Charlie said vire are <br /> just trying to say it gets tricky because It depends on who goes in there. Scott .tones said they intend <br /> to accommodate the "worse case' use group.- <br /> an Creedon said they have a meeting with Planning Board next week.
