Following are bighlights of the-discussion.: - <br /> e Taking out the garage; adding 14X14-1/2 to the rear. <br /> 14X36 whole accessory apartment; lower level of whole house_ <br /> There is an open play room.in partially finished basement. <br /> Applicant has to show square footage of existing duelling and Pian to show square footage of <br /> accessory apartment. <br /> Joel Clifford noted that no life safety devices shown on Plans. smoke and fire-detectors have <br /> to meet current code. <br /> -Plan'' o show area for-parking.
