Mashpee Town Hall <br /> REOUEST FOR PR POSALS UA I[FICATIONS <br /> PART I <br /> Introduction <br /> The Town of Mashpec is requesting proposals and qualifications for consultant services relating <br /> to the Falmouth and l ashpee FDIC (Econormic Development Industrial Corporation) <br /> Partnership. <br /> Consultants will be expected to demonstrate then-experience and successful track record in <br /> desigr1ing and implementing a Needs Analysis, completing Goal Setting and creating a Five Year. <br /> Action Flan to aggressively guide the economic growth of the two-town region.. Consultants will <br /> be expected to-identify areas in which current and future economic development initiatives may <br /> qualify for federal, state/local, and foundation private grant opportunities and where state, <br /> regional and local development tools may be used to support these initiatives. Applicants are <br /> expected t submit ahf caftons and scaled price proposals by Thursday July 21, 2011 at <br /> p.m. Qualified consultants will be contacted for follow-up interviews. <br /> Background Information <br /> Barnstable County, through the Cape Cod Commission, has awarded a sung of money to the <br /> Falmouth and 1 lashpee FDIC partnership to hire a Management Consultant.
