Conference Report - Mr. Feldman reported ori, his attendance at a recent conference for principals. A consultant hired the Department of Education -reported on his analysis f by the councils and their relationship to school committees. Mr. Feldman reported on a surrey he conducted on the report cards. He says that there is not much dissatisfaction b the parents on the current report cards. Mr. Feldman outlined some changes already proposed. Mr. - Feldman will provide a complete draft to the council before the next meeting. Time and Learning - The Superintendent has requested that the school councils submit recommendations on the Time and ,earning requirements. K- ' schools do not require an increase in time, However, one charge that will occur for next year is that 2 day schedule days will be eliminated.
