The <br /> consensus of the group was to group 1-3 and to group 4-6 for <br /> the same awards process. <br /> School Improvement Phan - Now that we have a plan, what do <br /> we do with it The K.C. Coombs Council selected four areas <br /> to develop a plan: School Climate, Professional Development, <br /> Instructional Strategy, and After School Activities a other <br /> schools systems approached the School Improvement Plan from <br /> different perspective: School climate and Academics. what <br /> has happened is that you have developed a structure and now <br /> you have to execute the plan. You must talk about the <br /> things that are working and highlight your strengths* fir. <br /> Feldman asked the council to consider some aspect of the <br /> Academic program to provide additional academic enrichment <br /> for the children. We should concentrate on tapping teacher <br /> strengths and on getting the word out. <br /> 11.
