A positive
and common bond between the school and the oonmuniwas
emphasized. issues surrounding the budget should not be part of the
school improvement plan. The plan should not be a one year plan, but
rather a plan of both long range visions and short term objectives. A
seven step process for developing a school improvement plan was
explained.
