Zoning District, at 588 Main St. (31 <br /> Evergreen Circle), (Map 19 Parcel 10-10), Mashpee, MA (Owner of Record: Evergreen <br /> Energy, LL <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 19, 2018 and October 265 2018 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee .honing Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Lav Chapter 40A §9 and theTown of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the petition at the Mashpee "Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, vice Chairman,, William Blaisdell, <br /> Boar. Members, Norman J. Gould, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Sharon <br /> angeleer. Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael Mendoza. <br /> A orney Kevin Kirrane represented Adam and Kailey Cullen who are the proposed <br /> owners,developers and operators of the Cape Cod Dog Center which is being proposed on <br /> a parcel of land at Evergreen Circle. He said that the applicants currently lease and operate <br /> their business in an industrial park in Sandwich. Also present was Joe Cubit, with Holmes <br /> and McGrath, and Tim Sawyer who prepared the plan, and Scott Learned, with Design <br /> Learned who develops these types of facilities throughout the Country. <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that the let and the subdivision road is still under construction <br /> situated off of Route 130. Adam and Dailey have a purchase and sale subject to obtaining <br /> the appropriate permits from the Board. <br /> 1 <br />
