���'soir.ry or <br /> Its <br /> (f3j, �Q - Town of Mas <br /> hpee <br /> Shellfish Commission 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> 9 <br /> Mashpee,MA 02649 <br /> MINUTES OF MEETING 5-8-18 <br /> Attendance: <br /> Peter Thomas, Steven Marques, Brian Everett, and Richard York. <br /> Public: Tom Smith, Cory Hendricks. <br /> Convene Meeting: 7:09 PM <br /> Public Comment: None <br /> Approval of Minutes: <br /> Motion: Marques made a motion to approve the 2-13-18 and 4-3-18 minutes. Everett <br /> seconded the motion. All voted unanimously in favor. <br /> Shellfish Constable's Report <br /> Falmouth side of Waquiot Bay is open to shellfishing. The commercial harvests <br /> for quahogs have been extremely busy in the bay throughout the month. No citations <br /> were issued. The marina closures were posted and will be closed until November lst. The <br /> Marina closures are seasonal due to boat operations in the area. <br /> Old Business: <br /> Comprehensive Watershed Nitrogen Management Plan (CWNMP) — <br /> Implementation Plan/Shellfish Propagation <br /> Oyster shell bags will be constructed throughout the month at the Dennis <br /> DPW. The shellfish division will be making 2,000 remote set bags <br /> using sea clam shell that was provided to the town by the Cape Cod <br /> Cooperative Extension. <br /> Great River Ramp Reconstruction —in progress <br /> The Great River Boat Ramp has been completed. The top coat in the <br /> parking lot will be completed by Memorial Day. A meeting was held at <br /> the ramp and the parking situation was discussed. Everett, Holmes, and <br /> Harbormaster Al Turner came to the meeting and agreed that the parking <br /> spaces for the trailers should be angled more. <br />
