Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Ma hpee Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, February 6, 2018 <br /> plias h pee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Committee Members Present: ,Joshua Spencer, Michael Mendoza, Miles <br /> Peters and Ronald Bonvie (substituting for Jonathan Furbush, BA). <br /> Absent: Joseph Cummings, and Jonathan Furbush. <br /> Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br /> Project Address: 100 Falmouth Road <br /> Business Dame: Bosun's Marine <br /> Owner/Agent: Timothy W. Leed ha m, Trustee of T&C Nominee Trust <br /> Architect/Eng ineer: Cape and Islands Engineering, Inc. <br /> Representative: Timothy Leedharn <br /> Requests: Addition to existing commercial building consisting of <br /> Officesf service department, wood and metal shop, employees <br /> Lunch/locker room, lavatory, parts and service deck. <br /> Addition s care foots 363. <br /> Walter Yarosh (architect), Tim Leedharn (owner), and Matt Costa (engineer) <br /> appeared. Walter Yarosh showed photos of the site and said the intent is to <br /> increase inside area of the building and he reviewed the Site Plan. <br /> Addition will go to rear of the property. <br /> Existing elevation doesn't change. <br /> * Old house will be torn down. <br /> Setback requirements in conformance. <br /> More parking than rewired. <br /> * Extending-metal building to the rear. <br /> Mike Mendoza explained that the function of Design Review is to review <br /> appearance of the building, such as colors; landscape; and drainage. falter <br /> said color will be the same color that is there; same roof; nothing will change. <br /> Matt Costa stated the area will be improved with landscaping that is non-invasive <br /> such as shrubsr mulch area and clean-up. <br /> Joshua Spencer commented that there is a ditch there right now. Matt Costa <br /> said a lot of construction will go on in that area}-but afterwards they will do <br /> landscaping and the finishing touches. Tire Leedharn commented that he has <br /> g � <br /> been the owner on this site since 2000-2001. He said the town has an easement <br /> to run pipes and they tore everything up and merely covered with cold patch so <br /> Tire said he's been improving so run-off isn't coming off of his property. <br />
