Project Address: 15 Commercial street <br /> Business name: HomeGoods <br /> Owner/Agent: DPF Mashpee, LLC <br /> Request: 8pproval for signs for HomeGoods <br /> Karen Johnson CharterRealty) and Myles Ostroff (Plymouth Sign) appeared. <br /> Karen Johnson said they were here about a year ago. Since then they received <br /> approval from the Planning Board and Cape Cod Commission;ission; and the-building <br /> is under construction right noir. <br /> Today they are here for the HorneGoods signage. 4 proposed building signs-- <br /> to he 'on Joy Street; 1 at rear parking area and 1 in front parking area. Proposing <br /> -30" inch signs (1 at rear; 1 at front) and 2-12 signs (at Joy Street). All 4 signs <br /> are externally illuminated. The sig n company sent a model to shove color and <br /> letter size. Ron Bonvie said he assumes the red is HomeGood's color. Karen <br /> Johnson responded "yes". <br /> American sign Company will he doing the building sig nage; Plymouth Sign will <br /> he doing the Pylon Sign panels. Miles Peters said with different companies <br /> working on signs the colors don't arrays work together. Myles Ostroff said <br /> American sign has provided hire with exact color to use. <br /> Daren Johnson said they will use gooseneck lights currently used at South Cape <br /> Village by Walgreen's et al. <br /> Ron <br /> Ponvie asked if luminaries, etc. have been lookod at to he sure lighting is in <br /> compliance and they keep lighting on their own property. Daren Johnson said <br /> they are in compliance; lighting will remain on their property. <br /> Conclusion <br /> MOTION: Donald Bonvie motioned to approve the four signs presented today <br /> with the color as outlined with the following caveat that all the light shadowing <br /> ht cavo will remain on theirproperty.
