Applicant owes 2018 and 2019 real estate taxes. <br /> The Agent stated the applicant has requested to continue the hearing until 12/13/18 at <br /> 6:00 p.m. He noted he received a call late in the afternoon that the taxes were paid but no <br /> documentation was provided, therefore, recommended the continuance. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved at the request of the applicant to continue the hearing to <br /> 12/13/18 at 6:00 p.m., seconded by Mr. Dalton. Vote 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:06 Popponesset Beach Association, 0 Uncle Percy's Road. Proposed installation <br /> of two park benches adjacent to 45 Elizabeth Island Road and Deans Pond, RDA <br /> Resource Area: Buffer Zone to BVW and Land Under WaterbodiesNVaterways <br /> Mark Flaherty, Engineer, represented the applicant. He explained the Popponesset Beach <br /> Association is looking to install 5 park benches on the west side of Dean's Pond and <br /> illustrated the areas that they were hoping to place these benches on the plan provided. <br /> The Agent's only concern was one of the benches seemed to be placed behind a tree and <br /> Mr. Flaherty explained they would be placing the bench on the corner and stated the tree <br /> will remain. He noted there was minimal impact to the resource area. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Dalton. Vote <br /> 6:09 Southworth Willowbend, LLC, 100 Willowbend Drive. Proposed aquatic <br /> vegetative management in Willowbend Pond located at North Glen Drive. At request <br /> of applicant, continued from 10/11/2018 RDA <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved at the request of the applicant to continue this hearing to <br /> 11/15118 at 6:19 p.m., seconded by Mr. Dalton. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6:12 Patrick J. & Nissa R. Knight, 39 Little Neck Lane. Proposed <br /> removal/reconstruction of deck, patio, planter, landscapelhardscape modifications <br /> and mitigation plantings. At request of applicant, continued from 1011112018 to' <br /> submit revised plans. NOl <br /> Resource Area: Coastal Bank, Buffer to Coastal Bank, Buffer to BVW, Salt Marsh, <br /> Land Under Ocean, LSCSF <br /> Matt Costa, Cape & Island Engineering, represented the applicants. The proposed project <br /> includes the removal of existing landscape steps, stone path and deck to be replaced with <br /> new retaining walls, patio and native plantings, the reconstruction of existing patio and <br /> planter, regrading of portion of existing driveway, removal of timber steps on a coastal <br /> bank and replanting of area with native plantings. Also, included is the after the fact <br /> plantings of Green Giant Arborvitaes (a total of 5) and Privet shrubs (total of 5) along the <br /> northeast property line by the lamp post. He said the application has also been filed with <br /> the Department of Environmental Protection. He noted the limit of work will be installed <br />
