Mr. Costa stated the driveway will be paved and he will clarify the runoff patterns. He described the mitigation. The Agent stated any landscaping needs to be shown on the plan and Mr. Costa agreed to submit a revised plan. Mr. Costa requested a continuation in order to submit a landscape plan. No further comment from the public Motion: Mr. Cook moved at the request of the engineer to continue the hearing to December 13, 2018 at 6:09 p.m., seconded by Mr. O'Neill. Proposed single-family dwelling, garage, septic system and restoration/replication of resource area. NOl Resource Area: Freshwater Wetland, Isolated Land Subject to Flooding, Buffer Zone to Same Matt Costa, Cape & Island Engineering, represented the applicant. He stated he would explain the entire plan. He said a notice of intent has been filed for each individual lot and he will open the 147, then the 155, and will request to continue the 161 because that is the lot that we need to complete the habitat study. Mr. Costa stated the proposed project is to construct and maintain a new single-family dwelling, a Title V system, deck, A/C pad, garage, residential shared driveway with abutting property, road drainage improvement, restoration and replication of isolated property located at 147 Old Barnstable Road. Mr. Costa noted a proposed shared driveway will be constructed to service two lots and a portion of the proposed wetland replication will take place on the southern portion of the property. A portion of the proposed drainage improvements will be located along the front property line and within the street layout to capture the stormwater runoff which was reviewed with the Mashpee DPW Director. Mr. Costa reviewed the project on the plan provided and noted the project will be done in phases. The Assistant Agent noted this project will be held to Regulation 20 standards of replication requirements for wetlands and one of the stipulations is there has to be a wildlife habitat evaluation done in the area of where they want to fill in and replace prior to this occurring. She suggested we need to have that assessment done first to see if the project should go forward and also the submittal of a landscape plan. Mr. Costa requested to continue the hearing.
