CALL MEETING TO ORDER: 5:55 p.m, Chairman Dale McKay opened the meeting at 5:55 p.m. No Comments from the Public PREIPOST-HEARING AGENDA: Minutes: Approve November 15, 2018 Minutes Motion: Mr. O'Neill moved to approve the November 15, 2018 Minutes, seconded by Marty Bregman. Vote 4-0-1 with Mr. Dalton abstaining. Enforcement_Updates: New Seabury Properties/Coastline Drive coastal bank stabilization project and Popponesset Island Road storm water drain — salt marsh impacts The Agent noted there is a problem with a storm water drain on Popponesset Island Road. He is trying to find out which association this area falls under and who pays for the maintenance issues on the road. Part of that maintenance is the stormwater drain. In order to proceed he needs to figure it out and hopefully by the next meeting he will have the relevant parties here to discuss it. ADDITIONAL TOPICS (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be discussed). The Agent referred to the funding from NRCS for the study of the spillway at John's Pond. He said he sent out requests for proposal and the only one that replied is the BSC Group which is entirely paid for by NRCS. The information will be very useful as to whether the structure is adequate. BSC Group will come into one of our meetings to give an update and also when the project is done. It has to be done before September 20 of 2019.
