She noted her goals are to continue planning for the annual volunteer recognition event, participate in interviews for Outreach Coordinator's position and do the end of year review of FY 2018 formula grant. Motion: Mary Gaffney moved to accept the Director's report, seconded by Marijo Gorney. Vote 6-0 unanimous Treasurer's Report The Director distributed the Treasurer's Report for the month of April and reviewed the numbers with the members. Vote 6-0 unanimous Outreach Coordinator's Report The Outreach Coordinator distributed her report for the month of April. She thanked everyone for their support,and stated she will miss everyone upon her retirement. The Outreach Coordinator stated they finished fuel assistance and will start up again with recertifications at the end of the summer. The Brown Bag program continues and flowers were delivered to the 90+ seniors. She said she has a new volunteer who will put a packet together of her duties and she has another volunteer who will help in organizing the files. She spoke about the success of the relaxation pottery class. Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Outreach Coordinator's Report, seconded by Virginia Mclntrye. Vote 6-0 unanimous Activity Coordinator's Report The Director distributed the Activity Coordinator Report for the month of April. She noted several programs which included the Sea Shanty Program, the Dine Around, and the VNA Health Fair.
