The Director noted the solar panels were inspected. She stated she attended several <br /> meetings including Staff, Department Head and Program Committee of the Parkinson <br /> Support Network of Cape Cod. <br /> The Director stated on Outreach, she met with and spoke with several seniors and/or <br /> their care partners to assist them with transportation needs and requests for services. <br /> The Director completed the annual formula grant report for the Massachusetts <br /> Executive Office of Elder Affairs. Her goals are to train the new Outreach Coordinator, <br /> participate in interviews for a new Activity Coordinator, prepare annual Council on Aging <br /> budget which is due at the end of September. <br /> Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Director's report, seconded by Marro <br /> Gorney. Vote 5-0 unanimous <br /> Treasurer's Report <br /> The Director distributed the Treasurer's Report for the month of August and reviewed <br /> the numbers with the members. <br /> Motion: Marijo Gorney moved to accept the Treasurer's Report, seconded by <br /> Virginia McIntyre. Vote unanimous 5-0 <br /> Outreach Coordinator's Report <br /> No report <br /> Activity Coordinator's Report <br /> No Report <br /> Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator's Report <br /> The Director distributed the Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator Report for the <br /> month of August. She noted the Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator has <br /> scheduled volunteer group meetings and now has two Greeters to welcome volunteers <br /> on Newsletter production day. The Volunteer Center is a work in progress and the <br /> Croquet was a success. She listed volunteer positions needed. The Volunteer and <br /> Program Support Coordinator listed her upcoming goals are to prepare agendas for <br /> volunteer group meeting, establish dates for other volunteer groups and reconnect with <br /> administrators at each of the Mashpee Public Schools for the purpose of creating <br /> intergeneration opportunities. <br />
