The Director met with Town staff who agreed to assist with the completion of the Age <br /> and Dementia Friendly checklist from Healthy Aging Cape Cod. She thanked all who <br /> contributed to the Recreation Department's annual food drive at the senior center. She <br /> wrote and submitted to the State the FY 2019 formula grant and met with Town <br /> Management to review the Council on Aging proposed FY 2020 annual budget. <br /> The Director listed her goals are to train the new Activity Coordinator, participate in the <br /> interviews for a new Volunteer and Program Support Coordinator and assist Outreach <br /> Coordinator with the annual holiday gift delivery. <br /> Motion: Ginny McIntyre moved to accept the Director's report, seconded by <br /> Marijo Gorney. Vote 4-0 unanimous <br /> Treasurer's Report <br /> The Director distributed the Treasurer's Report for the month of November and <br /> reviewed the numbers with the members. <br /> Motion: Jean.Noussee moved to accept the Treasurer's Report, seconded by <br /> Ginny McIntyre. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> Outreach Coordinator's Report <br /> Lauren Haddad, the Outreach Coordinator distributed her report for the month of <br /> November. She reviewed the home, office and telephone calls with seniors who <br /> needed help with fuel assistance, SHINE, transportation, financial help, homecare <br /> services and resources and activities provided by the Senior Center. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator noted the Brown Bag Program is held on the first Friday of <br /> every month and there were 25 participants and 6 volunteers. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator reviewed the meetings she attended and stated she <br /> continues to meet with the Domestic Violence Officer from the Mashpee Police <br /> Department, She announced she is working on the holiday gift delivery with the <br /> Director and volunteers. <br /> Motion: Jean Noussee moved to accept the Outreach Coordinator Report, <br /> seconded by Ginny McIntyre. Vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> Activity Coordinator's Report <br /> No report. <br />
