Vote unanimous 5-0 <br /> Public <br /> Two frequent visitors to South Cape Beach were looking for a clarification of Dogs on the Beach. They <br /> said on a regular basis dogs are running on the beach. <br /> Dave Walring stated there are no dogs allowed on the beach day or night after May 30th. He said this <br /> year there will be a ranger patrolling the beach. The visitors asked if the signs could be updated stating <br /> no dogs on the beach day or night. It was noted no dogs are allowed from May 30 to September 15, day <br /> or night on the State Beach and the Town Beach does not allow dogs on the beach from April thru <br /> September. <br /> New Business <br /> WBNERR Report <br /> Dave Walring reported on South Cape Beach and said they will be staffed fully and they will be opened <br /> the 18t' of May. They will be promoting ticket machines this year. The snow fencing will be replaced and <br /> they will be fixing some signs. The fire department will be coming down to cut down the trees that have <br /> been broken during the most recent storms. They are also working on getting handicap access mats at <br /> 1 <br />
