He thanked Rodney Collins, Town Manager and Warne Taylor, <br /> Assistance Town Manager, for their assistance. <br /> Identify known future building projects that will he reviewed for ADA/AAB compliance, <br /> The Chair~noted he has lost trach of what Mashpee Commons is proposing for their new = <br /> building. Mile Mendoza could update us at next meeting, <br /> New Business <br /> There was a discussion about changing the frequency of meetings to monthly versus the current <br /> schedule of every other month. This will he discussed at the next meeting. Pending the outcome <br /> of this discussion, it was decided to continue to schedule meetings for the third Wednesday of <br /> January, March, May, July, September, and November unless there is a conflict with holidays. <br /> The Chair urged the members to notify him if they see any accessibility issues and asked Jamie <br /> Curley if she is aware of any accessibility issues at the schools to let the committee know. <br /> Motion., Sidney_Davis moved to adjourn, seconded by Kim Landry.
