MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 9, 2019 <br /> 4. Conditioned upon the Board of Health comments for a septic system inspection. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded. <br /> Mr. Pittsley, yes, <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes, and <br /> Mr. Blaisdell yes. <br /> All were in favor of the new addition. <br /> 59 Uncle Edwards Road: Owners, Michael and Elizabeth Iacobucci request a Written <br /> Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition, extension of a pre- <br /> existing non-conforming structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, and the <br /> Popponesset Overlay District, (Map 117 Parcel 219), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Steve Cook, Cotuit Bay Design represented the homeowners for the proposed addition. <br /> They would like to construct a family room, and a new deck on the rear of the house. The <br /> existing house is non-conforming due to the left property lime which is 14.2 ft. versus 15 <br /> ft. The new family room will be 15.2 ft. of the left property Iine, and will re-build the deck. <br /> The shed in the rear will be relocated. The left side of the house is 16.3 ft. the ftont is 24.4 <br /> feet, and is well over the 25.3 ft. in the rear. The lot coverage is currently 25.3%, and will <br /> be dropped to 24.7%. The lot coverage percentage requirement in the Popponesset Overlay <br /> is 25%. Steve said that a portion of the deck is covering some of the SAS leach field that <br /> is based on the as-built from the surveyor. That will be cantilevered over and the footings <br /> will be outside that area. There's a second floor on the right hand side of the property that <br /> is being added as well. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the Conservation comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Pittsley read the Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the Inspection Department comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to approve the Written Finding request for an addition with <br /> the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
