Pg.: 186 <br /> dated 0629-2007 at 11:24 AM. <br /> Ms. Sangelcer, seconded. <br /> Mr. Pittsley, yes, <br /> Mr. Gould, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush yes, and <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes. <br /> All were in favor of the accessory apartment. <br /> 45 Lisa Lane: Owners, Barry and Janice Mead request a Written Finding under §174-17 <br /> of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition, extension of a pre-existing non-conforming <br /> structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, (Map 99 Parcel 2), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Steve Cook, Cotuit Bay Design represented the homeowners for the proposed addition <br /> is a family room and a covered porch on the left side of the house. The house is pre-existing <br /> non-conforming at 36.5 ft. from the front property line. The family room addition on the <br /> left side is 20 ft. from the left property line, and is no closer than 36.5 feet right now, so it <br /> will be the same with the addition. The lot coverage is 10.7% and will be 14.0%. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked how close the shed was to the lot line. Mr. Cook said it was 1.6 ft. <br /> Mr. Mendoza suggested to Steve Cook that he let his client know if any future changes,the <br /> shed could be an issue. <br /> .Mr. Blaisdell read the Conservation comments into the record. <br /> Sharon read the Inspection Department comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to approve the Written Finding request for an addition with <br /> the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
