MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 9,201.9 <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a suggestion that the homeowners meet with the Building <br /> Commissioner and go over the calculations and requirements. He made a motion to <br /> Continue the hearing for 317 Great Neck Rd.North until January 23, 2019. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded. <br /> Mr. Pittsley, yes, <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush yes, and <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes. <br /> All were in favor to Continue the hearing until January 23, 2019. <br /> 126 South Sandwich Road: Owners, Adam and Kathryn Giangregorio request a Special <br /> Permit under §174-45.4 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an accessory apartment on <br /> property located in an R-5 Zoning District, (Map 21 Parcel 81), Mashpee, MA. <br /> The homeowners represented their application for an accessory apartment. The apartment <br /> was approved for a special permit back in 2007. However, since they are the current <br /> owners, they were required to reapply for the name change. They said the apartment is <br /> more than 300 sq. ft., and is less than 40%. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked if there were any changes to the property. <br /> Mr. Mendoza said that the new owners are reestablishing their ownership as required under <br /> the bylaw. <br /> Sharon read the specific findings under the original Special Permit (SP-07-33) that was <br /> approved back in 2007. Sharon wanted to confirm that there were no other structures on <br /> the lot. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the Board of Health comments into the record. Mr. Furbush read the <br /> Inspection Department comments into the record. It was confirmed that the applications <br /> bought the house in November 2018. <br /> Sharon read the Conservation Department comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to approve the Special Permit for an accessory apartment 126 <br /> South Sandwich Road with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan—Proposed Addition, Chris Newman, 126 S. Sandwich Road, Mashpee, <br /> MA. Prepared by: EAS Survey, Inc., Scale: 1" =40', Dated: April 26, 2007. <br /> 3. Conditioned on all Town department comments read into the record. <br /> 9 <br />
