MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES JANUARY 9, 2019 Mr. Furbush read the Conservation and the Board of Health comments into the record. Sharon read the Inspection Department comments into the record. Mr. Gould read an abutter letter into the record that was in favor of the project. There were other letter from abutters that were in favor of the project. An abutter approached the Board from 187 Wading Place Road, and he is in support of the application. There were no more comments from the Board or audience. Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to approve 187 Wading Place Road for a Written Finding to allow for alterations of an existing deck with the following conditions; 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. 2. Site Plan — Dennis & Margaret Quilty, 178 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA, Project: 187 Wading Place Rd, Mashpee, MA. Sheet No.: 1 of 1, Date: November 26, 2018, Drawn by: JVB, Checked by: MC, Prepared by: Cape & Islands Engineering, Drawing Title: Proposed 3 Season Room, Accessors Info: Map 112, Parcel 89, Signed by: Matthew C. Costa, Professional Land Surveyor,No.: 52282. (Received Revision on January 4, 2019). 3. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. 4. Conditioned upon the Board of Health comments of a septic inspection due to the change in foot print. 5. Conditioned on a set of plans by Miller Design LLC, 80 Clark St. Belmont Ma. Construction Documents dated October 31, 2018, revised 115119 for Quilty Residence, 187 Wading Place Rd., Mashpec, MA. A-3 shows an opening from the house onto what will be the enclosed deck. Pages A-1 thru A-11. Mr. Gould seconded. Mr. Pittsley, yes, Ms. Sangeleer, yes, Mr. Furbush yes and Mr. Blaisdell yes. All were in favor of the deck alteration to a 3-Season Room. Mr. Quilty expressed his gratitude to the Board, the Building Commissioner, and Ms. Romero for their time and efforts. 3
