MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 9, 2019 <br /> Mr. Furbush read the Conservation and the Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> Sharon read the Inspection Department comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Gould read an abutter letter into the record that was in favor of the project. There were <br /> other letter from abutters that were in favor of the project. <br /> An abutter approached the Board from 187 Wading Place Road, and he is in support of the <br /> application. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to approve 187 Wading Place Road for a Written Finding to <br /> allow for alterations of an existing deck with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
