MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 9,2019 <br /> 62 James Circle: Owners, James and Jamie Vincent request a Written Finding under <br /> §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition, extension of a pre-existing non- <br /> conforming structure on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, (Map 71 Parcel 38), <br /> Mashpec, MA. <br /> James and Jamie Vincent represented themselves for the small addition project. They are <br /> proposing to add a 100 sq. ft. enclosure for year round use. <br /> The Board reviewed the site plan that was presented to determine if it is becoming more <br /> non-conforming than what exists. <br /> Mr. Gould asked the purpose of the addition. Ms. James said that it will become a small <br /> dining area and mud room space. No bedroom or bath. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> Sharon read the Conservation and Inspection Department comments into the record. <br /> An abutter approached the Board and said the addition will be an improvement to the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to approve the addition at 62 James Circle with the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
