MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 9,2019 <br /> 67 Monahansett Road: Owners, James and Regina Lawson request a Variance under <br /> §174-33 setbacks from wetlands to allow for construction of an 8' x 10' shed on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District, (Map 123 Parcel 97), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Lawson represented himself for his variance request for a shed on his property at 67 <br /> Monahansett Road. He provided the Board with a plot plan with the shed hand-drawn in <br /> the area that is located within the 50 ft. buffer. He said that Conservation saw the plan and <br /> had no issues. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked if there was going to be electricity in the shed. Mr. Lawson said no <br /> plumbing or electrical. <br /> Sharon read the Conservation, Board of Health and Inspection Department comments into <br /> the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board, and no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to approve the Variance request for an 8' x 10' shed to be <br /> located at 67 Monahansett Road with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. As-built Plan, 67 Monahansett Road, Mashpee, MA. Scale: 20 feet to one inch, <br /> Date: June 5, 2017, Rev. Date: 6115117, Description: Added Deck and Stairs, <br /> Prepared for: Regina Lawson& Jeanne Gallagher, 32 Millwood Circle,Norwood, <br /> MA. Prepared by: Guerriere &Hanlon, Inc., Milford, MA. Depicts an 8 ft. x 10 ft. <br /> shed. <br /> 3. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer seconded. <br /> Mr. Gould yes, <br /> Mr. Pittsley yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush yes, and <br /> Mr. Blaisdell yes. <br /> All were in favor of the construction of an 8' x 10' shed. <br /> 345 Monomoseo Road: Owners, Carl and Kristen Cavossa request a Special Permit <br /> under §174.25.1(9)of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for reconstruction of a dock,pier,ramp, <br /> and float on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, (Map 120 Parcel 24), Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> 5 <br />
