Also that all future <br /> inputs to any Personnel records be forwarded to Personnel, This Will <br /> help in following up With personnel evaluations and disciplinary <br /> actions posed by managers and/or supervisors. <br /> When policies are updated and/or set, copies will be forwarded to the <br /> managers to be signed for by the managers and implemented by that <br /> department. <br /> *Note to Personnel Administrator : When referring to the Sexual <br /> Harassment Policy, the Board requests any information regarding laws <br /> pertaining to "Release of Information", <br /> Further discussed was that the Board requests "in writing" when a <br /> policy has been -accepted by the Selectmen. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10:45 a. .
