The modifications proposed are as follows : <br /> x 1 . Construction of an underground golf cart storage area beneath the ;tp,' <br /> existing driving range , the proposed structure being a one-story <br /> concrete structure providing parking for 114 golf carts and related <br /> club storage areas . Tell <br /> a1' <br /> 2 . Construction of approximately 60 additional parking spaces in thee ,' , <br /> area south of the existing club house parking lot . <br /> 3. Construction of an additional set of tennis courts as well as an <br /> athletic field to include softball and other field sports in the I� <br /> area of Fin Me ' Oot Road . <br /> a.: <br /> 4. Inclusion of a detached single-family home on lot 37 , originally <br /> part of the "Zoning Bylaw Section 9 .4" cluster development , in the <br /> "Zoning Bylaw Section 9 . 3" condominium located south of Quinaquisset <br /> Avenue , in order to tie the lot into the sewage treatment plant . <br /> 5 .
