He <br /> presented the plan and oriented the Beard members . They are all familiar <br /> with the area. It i s a 55 acre parcel , with a series of laid out and not <br /> laid out roads , There are wetlands which have been defined on the planf <br /> Charlie reviewed the plan and believes it to be in order, <br /> Mr. Ellis explained the purpose of the perimeter plan i s to expedite <br /> conveyance of the property to the State, <br /> Dennis made a motion to approve the ANR plan * Tana seconded the <br /> motion. All members were i n favor 3-0. <br /> Tony signed the plan . <br /> M r. Ellis asked if he rnust send a copy by registered mail to the town <br /> C l e rk <br /> Tom said his office will file it with the clerk# there i s no further action <br /> required of M r~. Ellis. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Local Comprehensive Plan Element Goals, Ob*ect i gyres and Policies: <br /> Affordable Housing; Health and Human Services; dater Resources; water and <br /> Wastewater Facilities ; solid and Hazardous waste Management. <br /> Tana sat on this matter, by rule of necessity, to maintain the quorum. <br /> Tong explained to the public present that he had to leave the meeting <br /> shortly ( 7 :45 ) to attend a hearing in Sandwich . The meeting can serve as a <br /> discussion/working session for the people present to express their comments <br /> and concerns and the formal hearing will be continued to another date. <br /> Tom did not make a presentation on the goals and objeoti es because they <br />
