Balzarini � <br /> toaccept the minutes of Ju1y 19, 1995 and August 2, ! <br /> | <br /> 1�95, SO VOTED. <br /> ! <br /> Chairman Ferragamo made the Board awar*e that a committee had been <br /> put together with representatives of the Planning B:::1ard and ZBA, <br /> the Building Inspector and Se1ectman Dinizio to discuss what | <br /> might be done with the town' s bylaw� to permit someone to util1ze <br /> undersized lots. Chairman Ferragamo said he infmrmed them that <br /> once they have come up with a viable by1�w he will have the Board <br /> review it . He also felt there' s nmt enough lots to have a <br /> bl�nket type of solution and it �huuld be done on an individual <br /> basis before thea ZBA. (Mr .
