He said the Board <br /> L presently holding �361 , 600 as security from the orig1nal phase <br /> in 1993, which hn' t been reducedsince it was posted on <br /> 11/17/93. Mr . Bes�e s�id the security needed for the pre�emt <br /> work is $150, 000 and he would like to use the security the Town <br /> alreadY holds. <br /> Mr . Rcwley agreed to the amount of the estimate and had no <br /> prmb1em with using the money being hweld as long as the reference <br /> on the covenant and security includes Lots 21�D and 214E. <br /> MOTION made by Mr " Balzarini and SECONDED by Mr . <br /> Mitiokostas to release the covenant for Lot 214E as <br /> long as the security references Lots 2141) and 214E, and <br /> the l��t paragraph of the release statee: M�����R. � <br /> and not "Maii. hpeTown Engineer " , GQ � <br /> VOTED. � <br /> Mr .
