The chemical has been <br /> in the ground for the past seventeen }mars stated-Mr. Costello who <br /> related that there is a need for a new Health Assessment. <br /> If the chemical was detected in 1995,was this a timely fashion asked <br /> Mr. Costello' <br /> In response, Ms. P padopoulos indicated that when the contamination <br /> was detected, it was reported within a 72 hour interval to DEP. <br /> Mr.Davis added that Augat complied with all necessary requirements. <br /> Mr. Costello made note of an additional chemical found outside the <br /> subject plume. Augat is not taking responsibility outside of their area. <br /> Is another plume out there, that is not being monitored asked Mr. Costello` <br /> In addition,Mr. Costello indicated that the remediation plan as proposed <br /> by Augat WI*U travel through the grounds of the willowbend development. <br /> Mr. Costello stated that Willowbend has not commented on this matter. <br /> The people will not be satisfied, unless we know what, where,when <br /> and how stated Mr. Costello in concern. <br /> Ed Baker asked if DEP plans to expend funds to cleanup the pollution <br /> which Augat claims no responsibility; It is the responsibility of the <br /> State to track the source of contaminants identified by Augat stated Mr. <br /> Baker who requested a public hearing be held on this matter. <br /> Mr. Baker added that the Health Risk Assessment does not reflect <br /> any measurements on shellfish. He questioned the validity of the report. <br />
