+ Page 2 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 6, 1997 <br /> FY98 BUDGET WORKSHOP: <br /> Police n • (continued) <br /> Article##2 : To hire a full-time Senior Clerk,Grade II to be assigned to <br /> the Administrative and Service Division for central records duties, and to <br /> act as a Town bylaw fines biR ng cor phance agent as it relates to false <br /> intrusion, burglary, and robbery alarms. <br /> Chief Przybylek recommended to defer the placement of Article#26 on <br /> the Annual Town Meeting warrant at this time. It was noted that 500 of <br /> the salary of$24,327.61 would be paid for by alarm funding receipts. <br /> Article#27: To hire a part-time Crude 4 Administrative Clerk, and <br /> appropriate the sung of$9,045.98 for this purpose. <br /> Chief Przybylek recommended to withdraw Article#27 from the Annual <br /> Town Meeting warrant at this time. <br /> It was noted that the Special Town Meeting warrant contains funding for <br /> a contract between the Ton and IBP , Focal 389,Units A and B. The <br /> contractual settlement reflects the sung of$129,650 exclusive of retroactive <br /> payments. <br /> In addition, the Special Town fleeting articles presented by the Chief of <br /> Police will provide funding to the salary/wage account and off-duty account <br /> to effectively maintain dispatch the dispah center, and overtime accounts. <br /> Discussion followed with regards to overtime, and the repair and <br /> maintenance of emergency vehicles. <br /> Chief Przybylek i <br />
