x <br /> b A minimum six hundred (boo) foot separation is required from the Adult Use <br /> structure to existing residential uses and districts; educational uses; religious <br /> uses public beaches; and public active recreation facilities, including school <br /> athletic fields and facilities, and ton parrs. <br /> c). A minimum five hundred o foot separation is required from any establish- <br /> ment licensed under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Section <br /> 12 of Chapter 138. <br /> d twenty 20 foot vegetative buffer containing adequate screening given the <br /> character of the neighborhood and the intensity of the use shall be provided <br /> between adult uses and abutting commercial uses, if any. <br /> 2 other Requirements: <br /> a The applicant or owner must disclose if they have been convicted of violating <br /> the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Section 3 of Chapter 119 or <br /> Section 28 ofChapter 272. A special permit shall not be issued to any person <br /> convicted of violating the provisions ofMassachusetts General Laws, Section <br /> 3 of Chapter 119, or Section 28 of Chapter 272. The applicant is to disclose <br /> any and all involvement with other adult uses in the Town. <br /> b No signs, pictures,publications, videotapes, movies, or other advertising that <br /> fall within the definition of adult use or are erotic, prurient, or related to <br /> violence, sadism, or sexual exploitation shall be displayed in the windows of, or <br /> on the building of any Adult Use, or be visible to the public from the pedestrian <br /> sidewalks or walkways, or from other public or semi-public areas outside such <br /> establishments. <br /> c)A violation of any one of these requirements may result in the revocation of the <br /> establishment's Special Permit. <br /> C. PROCEDURES <br /> 1 Adult Use Special Permits shall only be issued following the procedures specified in <br /> 174- . C. <br /> 2) As specified under Chapter 40A, Section 9A, Massaichusetts General Law any existing <br /> adult bookstore, adult motion picture theater, adult paraphernalia store, adult video <br /> store, or establishment which displays live nudity for its patrons (see subsection 3 <br /> below) shall apply for such permit within ninety days following the adoption of <br /> this section. <br /> 3 Any adult use granted a license prior to January 1997 must apply for a Special permit <br /> from the Planning Board, as specified in subsection 2 above, but will be granted ars <br />
