Paul Andrews seconded the motion!. <br /> 'OTE: Yes- <br /> Roll callVote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Director street l resented a departmental update Re: Triennial Re-certification State <br /> Owned Land. fir. Streebel updated the Board with regards to the Triennial Certification and <br /> that Public Disclosure was held for five days from August 21st thru the r' <br /> r . There were fear <br /> comments or concerns from taxpayers. Mashpee has requested final certification and there is <br /> currently a hold up over the valuation of state Owned Land(SOL). Previously, SOL had <br /> carried a zero value in the Assessors' database as it has been a paint of appeal in the past <br /> and it is the Commissioner of Revenue who values SOL. Exempt properties like SOL have no <br /> bearing on other values, methodology- New Growth or the Re-Cap. The Div. of Local services <br /> DL finally agreed that the Assessors' valuation of the SOL would not be at issue but that <br /> they wished it included within the LA4 information. New documents have been submitted with <br /> the SOL included but carry disclaimers that the values were currently under appeal to the <br /> Appellate Tax Board. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Review and discussion of Public Records Re nest Po lic W BOS Folic � <br /> Director streebel reviewed the neer BOs Policy #69 and emphasized the new procedure <br /> whereby the Torn Clerk is the Public Records Officer and receives and distributes to the <br /> correct department any official request for public records. <br />
