t <br /> The Agent suggested issuing a letter that will accompany the file of the commissioners' <br /> original formal vote. This letter will serge to recognize the dock/float dimensions per the <br /> approved plan of record from CLE Engineering. <br /> Motion: Mr. McKay moved to allow for the change in the dimensions of the <br /> boardwalk shown in the plan even though it is in excess of four feet. Seconded by <br /> Mr. Smith. vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> :o -Waterline LLC, 43 Waterline Drive South. Proposal to Amend order of <br /> Conditions 43-2863 to allover for additions to existing dwelling and septic system <br /> upgrade, At request of engineer, continued from December 8, 20,16.AOOC <br /> Resource Area: LSCS F, Buffer Zone to BVW, and Salt Marsh <br /> Tom Bunker, ESS Design, represented the applicants. He explained the project <br /> originally carne before the commissioners last year for a raze and replace of the house, <br /> The applicants will no longer be razing and replacing but are now proposing a garage <br /> addition and a lamer entry area on the street side and two small increases in the deck <br /> area and another addition to the other deck area. There will be a slight modification to <br /> the septic system which was approved by the Board of Health. Mr. Garulay, <br /> Landscaper} presented the landscaping plan. <br /> The Agent read the comments from the Board of Health approval, Mr. Anderson asked <br /> Ir. Bunker if he would have a more descriptive narrative of his projects. <br /> The Agent stated the mitigation looks fine. He showed the proposed plan on photos. <br /> There is no further encroachment on the BVW and noted the lawn would have to <br /> conform to the town lawn standards and recommended the AOC. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to approve the Amended order of conditions as <br /> presented, sec6nded by Mr. McKay. vote unanimous 4-0 <br /> 6:0William A. and coral S., Ferranti, 9 Fir court, Proposed slope stabilization and <br /> removal and reconstruction of access steps. <br /> Resource Area: Inland Bank, Santuit Pond <br /> Raul Li ardi Rivera, Holmes and McGrath, represented the applicants. He explained the <br /> proposed project is the reconstruction and maintenance of access stairs and stone <br /> gabion slope stabilization over an inland hank to Santuit Pond. All the work will take <br /> dace on the inland bank and within loo feet of the freshwater pond. He note[ the <br /> timber stairway is in disrepair and needs to be replaced. The ground surface below the <br /> stairway is void of vegetation and is eroding. A stepped series of stone filled gabions will <br /> be set into the bank to reestablish safe access to the pond covered with topsoil and jute <br /> matting.
